This is one of my favorite Korean restaurants. The food is authentic as it comes, and the quality is always great. My family and I come here often and get the best service. Our waitress, Michelle, provided excellent service and made our dining experience very enjoyable. It's a shame that this place only has three stars, they deserve better recognition. If you're on the fence about this restaurant because of the reviews, you'll be pleasantly surprised after you try it out.

Came here per my dad's suggestion, and of course the first thing I do is look at the yelp reviews. I honestly thought that it was pretty appalling at how low it was and even suggested somewhere else for dinner. The man was persistent lol. It was about 8pm on a Sunday and it was empty. We went for naengmyun and got the pork rib combo, but they apparently stop doing the marinated ribs early. Boooo, but what can we do? We just ordered the salt ribs instead. And guys, I thoroughly enjoyed by meal! The noodles were good, had a pretty decent marinade. The ribs were juicy and tender. Service -- not the beeeeeest, and we're Korean too lol. It's that typical "I'm-so-over it-so-please-get-out" ajumma vibes, but I can work with that. The naengmyun and rib combo here was WAY better than what I got at Jinsol recently.

This is my go-to spot for LA Galbi, Marinated Pork Ribs and especially the Dong-Chi-Mi Gook Soo (Cold Noodle Soup)! This restaurant has been in business for over two decades and has not failed to disappoint. I see a lot of negative reviews regarding service but anywhere you go, you can never have perfect service but rest assured, throughout my visits here at least 4-5 times a year, service has never been an issue. The ambiance is clean and looks like a Korean BBQ spot but don't let the looks fool you, they have so many other options on Korean food available! A wide variety of soups, dishes and noodles! I just recently had their black-goat hot pot and it was delicious! This restaurant gets busy during the summer due to the cold noodles but not a hefty wait, easily seated within 15-30 minutes on a busy hour!

I'm not sure why the stars are so low here. I've been coming here since I was a kid and I absolutely love their food. Bummed I only recently discovered the Bean Sprout Stew. It has a bean sprouts (obviously), shredded beef, baby octopus and green onions. I love that it has a little kick too The workers are so kind, the only times I can see them being short conversationally is when it gets super packed and it gets packed often so be weary of the rushes! : Plenty : Plenty but it can get packed really quick! Make sure to go at an off time or right when it opens : $47.59 2 bean sprout stews

Oh man this place had life changing salted pork ribs. I've never had Korean pork ribs like these and have since tried making them at home and it's just not the same. They get that charcoal fired flavor in there and fall of the bone meat. It's a little far for me but definitely if in the area you need to try these. Paired nicely with some cold noodles.

Quality meat combos, delicious banchan and kimchi jjigae, and the best cold noodles in town! We always get the prime meat combo and a half order of the cold noodles each. Both the donchimi and nengmyun are refreshing after all that meat. A bit pricey, but good quality all around. Service is good and ambiance is like any typical kbbq restaurant.

Wow wow wow This was an overall 10/10 to my tastebuds Sadly, they didn't have the spicy ribs since they were sold out by that time of day we went, but we did get to have the salted ribs and that was sooo good. It is already good plain BUT we asked for sauces and it is even better with their darker sauce which we asked what it was and it's sweet soy sauce and a lot of onion the lady said. The bibim nang myun is probably one of the best I've had in awhile it reminded me of this spot in Vegas that closed down and I haven't been able to come across. Their banchan was all yummy, I'm super picky on my kimchi and there's looked like it was going to be fresh but it was just to my liking and wasn't. The kalbi ribs were meaty and we finished everything that we ordered, I will be back and hopefully they will have the spicy ribs ! It was pretty busy ( it was a Sunday) so everyone was there from either church or after golfing. Service was still on top of it and I can see that everyone was working hard.

Came here 12/27/2022. Kote Dae Ji is a Korean restaurant that happens to sell KBBQ but has an expansive menu of Korean dishes that is NOT KBBQ. In my opinion, this restaurant has a totally undeserved 3 star rating. I'm sure most of the negative reviews are from people who are unfamiliar with Korean cuisine and see the name of this restaurant as "BBQ" and expect it to just be another Americanized KBQQ joint. That is not the case. I came for lunch with my grandfather and there was no wait. Their lunch menu prices are not only decent, but the selection is vast and everything tastes good. I was especially pleased with their banchan spread. I got the Ar-tang (fish roe soup) and the kimchi jjigae. It came out piping hot and delicious. Yes, the waitresses were a little occupied and it took a bit of effort to get their attention, but that's how Asian restaurants usually are. They don't come and cater to the tables, you call them over, that's part of the culture. You can trust me on this as I've been a Korean my entire life :) Do not come here if you are looking for some Americanized KBBQ crap like Gen. This is legit Korean cuisine.
